Welcome to the Invoux Order Tracking page.
Here you can check the current status and location of your order using your tracking number.

1. How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

• Your order number,

• Your tracking number, and

• A link to the courier’s tracking page.

To check your delivery status:

1. Locate your tracking number in the confirmation email.

2. Enter it in the field below and click “Track Order”.

3. The system will show the latest updates from the courier in real time.

2. Order Processing & Shipping Time

• Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Delivery usually takes 8–10 business days within Europe and 5–8 days within the UK.

• You’ll be able to follow your shipment as soon as the tracking information is updated by our logistics partner.

3. Didn’t Receive a Tracking Number?

If you haven’t received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at:

Our support team will promptly provide your tracking information.

4. Tracking Tools

You can use the following options to track your order:

• The tracking link sent via email (preferred).

• The courier’s website (e.g., Royal Mail, DHL, or other providers depending on destination).

If your tracking page shows “Pending” or “Label Created”, it means the courier has received your parcel information and will update tracking as soon as it’s scanned at the sorting facility.

5. Contact Us

If you have any issues tracking your parcel or the tracking number doesn’t work, please contact us with your:

• Full name

• Order number

• Email used at checkout
